PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: CUSP is a YWCA Halifax initiative that supports young individuals by fostering resilience through the growth of positive social connections, skill development, hands-on volunteer placements, and impactful community action projects. Grouped in three age cohorts, the program includes: Activators (aged 12-15), Engagers (aged 16-18), and Changemakers (aged 19-30).
